# Rabobank Real Estate Finance at Provada
**A trade show booth with a solid foundation.**
"We have wild ideas for a fully sustainable exhibition stand, can you help us?" That was the question Rabobank Real Estate Finance put to us in 2018, ahead of PROVADA.
It's a telling question, because looking sustainable on the show floor is easy. A green wall full of plants doesn't make a stand sustainable, and neither do a few well-chosen words on a banner. We took a different approach, even back then. From the outset we used materials that were either produced sustainably or given a second life. Above all, we focused on reuse, because what is a sustainable stand worth if it is scrapped after just three years?
## From a sustainable first to a fully developed concept
Since that first project in 2018, we have continued to build on the same foundation together with Rabobank Real Estate Finance. The recognisable core elements have remained: the wooden eye-catcher, the greenery and the sustainable materials. Around these, we have added features that match the way Rabobank uses PROVADA.
This year, for example, we introduced a semi-open presentation area for knowledge sharing, a private space for conversations that call for more discretion, and a multimedia corner that turned the stand into a setting for podcasts and broadcasts
## The stand as a content studio
Rabobank Real Estate Finance attends PROVADA to meet clients, share knowledge and discuss the future of real estate. Every square metre needs to contribute to that goal. With the new multimedia space, the stand became a place where knowledge could be captured and shared.
We recorded podcasts and aired broadcasts. Experts shared their insights, and market topics were given a platform. As a result, Rabobank reached a far wider audience than it could have during the trade show days alone.
## Sustainable stand design as a foundation
At this stand, sustainability is not a finishing touch. It is built into every element and material that forms the foundation of the design.
Certified sustainable timber. Planters made from recycled car tyres. Stools made from seaweed. Recycled cork as a finish. These are materials that prove more sustainable solutions can also be attractive, practical and eye-catching. Together they tell a story and show how Rabobank sees the future of real estate.
## Building what works, together
The partnership between Rabobank and KOP began with a single question. Today we build solutions for several business units within Rabobank. With every new project we take a fresh look: what still works, what can be done more efficiently, and where is there room to improve?
That takes collaboration, shared brainstorming and a willingness to solve technical challenges together. In our view, that is exactly how the best partnerships are built.
As Maurits Hilwig of Rabobank put it: "I thought it was fantastic to really brainstorm together and explore what is and isn't possible. Even from what was sometimes a short briefing, you delivered an outstanding result. As an exhibitor, I'm incredibly proud to be here, showcasing the great work we've done together."
And that is exactly why we do it.
