After several successful trade show appearances, one thing was clear: Pharmavit was ready for the next level. Time to build on the partnership with KOP. The brief? A stand that performs just as well on the show floor, but with a little more breathing room, more freshness, and a bit more personality.
Pharmavit is a European family-owned company supplying raw materials for nutritional supplements. A fast-growing business with a down-to-earth mentality. Short lines, personal relationships, and a sharp focus on price, quality, and reliability still form the backbone of how they operate.
For Vitafoods Europe 2026 in Barcelona, the goals were: strengthen existing relationships, generate new leads, and position the brand more prominently within the international nutraceutical space.
Our job was to translate those ambitions into a stand that shows off in all the right ways. Open and welcoming for visitors, professional in appearance, and highly functional for a team that needs to make it happen day after day.
The stand was built with Pharmavit’s brand colors as the foundation. Topped with a deep navy overhead canopy that acted as a strong visual anchor, visible from across the hall and instantly recognizable. Below that, white volumes, warm wooden slats, and fresh green accents that brought balance, contrast, and a softer edge to the overall look.
At the front we placed a spacious reception counter. An easy entry point where conversations start easily. And behind it, we designed a fully enclosed meeting room with glass walls. Private, but also connected to the stand. The result is a simple equation that worked really well: a stand open enough to pull people in, and calm enough to make them stay.
harmavit’s objectives were clear: grow revenue from existing customers and generate new leads. So we designed the stand as a place people naturally step into, and stay for a while.
The layout is open and intuitive. The reception desk invites interaction and the meeting room is located exactly where it should be: right in the flow of the stand.
Everything is set up to help the Pharmavit team do what they do best.
The Pharmavit stand was awarded the highest Better Stands certification: Gold. The ‘Better Stands program’ evaluates trade show booths on reusability and waste reduction across ten key criteria. This is strictly monitored throughout the process. The criteria ‘Gold’ means every single component is demonstrably reusable or recyclable.
And that’s exactly how it was built. A stand that looks awesome, performs well for the client, and doesn’t end up in a dumpster after one show. Designed with sustainability at its core, engineered smart, and is ready for round two, three, or more.
