Mimaki at FESPA 2018

This year, the slogan of the FESPA was ‘the place where print takes off’. A perfect opportunity for Mimaki to create everything around this fair trade about an airport. Mimaki’s goal for this fair trade was to be an experience center for visitors, where they can see the corporate identity of Mimaki. The stand also had to be open and approachable.

Final result

Airport Mimaki is a true sightseeing hotspot! Many different gates where printers are showed, a 2^nd floor with a lounge for visitors, a moving luggage belts filled with Mimaki’s products, employees dressed as stewards, meetingrooms and even a bedroom(!) fully decorated with Mimaki’s products. The stand breaths hospitality and the corporate identity of Mimaki shows in every corner.

The company was founded in Japan, where the production and development still take place today. They serve the entire EMEA region from their European head office in Amsterdam.
