The Island Stand

An island stand is an exhibition stand with four open sides. All sides of an island stand are adjacent to the aisle, making the exhibition stand accessible from all sides for tradeshow visitors.

Because of the large exposure on the event, an island stand is often a popular option for exhibitors. However, the openness of this type of exhibition stand also brings technical design challenges. For example, careful consideration must be given to the location of the counter, the storage room and means of communication such as the logo, screens, banners and canvases.
