Marcel is the Operations Manager and responsible for all operational activities within KOP. A brief summary includes planning, project management, supervision of the field team, procurement, production, and traffic.

In addition to his role as Operations Manager, he is a father to his daughter Lucca. He lives with his daughter and girlfriend in Arnhem. And he has a quite unique hobby: he collects worn Ajax football jerseys. One of his prized possessions is a worn T-shirt from 1987 during the semi-final of the European Cup that Ajax played.

Most memorable project

My first project was Trust gaming at Gamescom. It was a significant challenge for me, and I learned a lot from it. I'm proud that it turned into such a beautiful booth. Additionally, the booth we built for Mimaki at Fespa 2018 was a special project for me. This was my first booth of such a large size – over 600m2! Seeing such an amazing booth come together was fantastic.
