KOP delivers custom exhibition stands for ExCel in London. Whether you need a compact corner stand or a large-scale brand experience, as a full-service stand builder we take care of the design, engineering, production and turnkey delivery. Our approach is always bespoke, but every project follows three clear phases: design, production and realisation.
Having an exhibition stand designed
We start with a clear briefing: the objective of the trade fair, target audience, KPIs and the desired brand experience. Based on this, we develop a creative concept with visitor flow, sight lines, demo zones and clear CTA areas. You’ll receive a transparent quotation with options for modular reuse and scalable AV.
Production of an exhibition stand
In the production phase, we prefabricate as many components as possible in our workshop for a fast and error-free build-up in Amsterdam. We handle all technical requests with RAI, such as power, water, internet, rigging and floor load capacity. Graphics, AV and furniture are tested and labelled so that everything is in the right place straight away.
Assembly and turnkey delivery
Shortly before the trade fair, we take care of transport and our team professionally assembles the stand according to schedule. We handle the final styling, technical checks and safety inspections and deliver everything turnkey. After the event, we arrange dismantling, storage and further development for your next participation at ExCeL or elsewhere, for example RAI Amsterdam or EuroShop.

▶ How long does stand construction take from design to delivery?
The average lead time for a complete stand construction project is between 16 and 24 weeks. This includes the design phase, technical development, production, assembly and coordination with the trade show organiser. We start well in advance to ensure every detail is right and handover runs smoothly.

Wat kost Standbouw?
De kosten van standbouw variëren per project. Factoren zijn onder meer het aantal vierkante meters, ontwerpcomplexiteit, materiaalkeuze, de inzet van AV/LED, huur- of koopcomponenten en logistiek (op- en afbouw, transport). Omdat elk merk en elke beurs anders is, werken we niet met vaste prijzen maar met een transparante offerte op maat. Daarbij adviseren we over hergebruik en totale kosten over meerdere beurzen (TCO).
