Introducing Twelve Pay. New brand. New energy.
After seventeen years of focusing on sports and events, it was time for the next step. At Horecava 2026, Twelve presented its new brand identity along with the launch of Twelve Pay, a smart payment solution for the hospitality industry. A crucial moment in the repositioning of the brand. Our assignment was clear: create visibility, build affinity, and design an experience that made the essence of Twelve tangible.
Twelve wanted to stand out as both an innovative and accessible tech partner for hospitality entrepreneurs. The new proposition had to be immediately clear: simple software and hardware designed to speed up processes, reduce costs and increase revenue.
But not as a sales pitch. The real challenge was to translate that promise into space, interaction and atmosphere, without letting technology take center stage.
We designed a stand that felt like a bright, modern hospitality venue. Warm materials, a friendly color palette and Scandinavian inspired furniture created a sense of calm and openness. The new visual identity of Twelve was translated into an environment that built trust and invited interaction.
Visitors were able to walk through the entire ordering process themselves using intuitive touchscreens. Not to showcase the technology, but to experience what it delivers: speed, simplicity and insight.Thanks to the intelligent stand layout, visitors naturally moved through the full journey from order to payment.
Technology was present, but never dominant. The standdesign reflected the core values of Twelve and made the added value of theirsolutions visible and tangible.
A hospitality counter encouraged short conversationsover a cup of coffee or an impromptu demo. The atmosphere was informal, humanand solution driven.
The rebranding and the launch of Twelve Pay came together in one strong brand experience. Nearly 1,000 visitors experienced the Twelve Pay demo. A clear increase in social buzz around the new proposition. Twelve was recognized as a new player in hospitality. Innovative and approachable
